North Center Senior Campus – Chicago, Illinois | Master Plan & Signage Design
Master Plan and Signage Design for redevelopment of vacant urban hospital site as affordable senior housing campus with apartments, condominiums and a city senior center. The plan organizes 3 new buildings around a central commons and corner park that serve the campus and adjacent neighborhood.
The Master Plan and project received a national award from AARP and National Association of Home Builders.
