Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin | New Town Plan
The New Town Plan sets land use direction for 8,000 undeveloped acres between Interstate 94 and growing community of 26,000 south of Milwaukee. The plan defines a 950-acre business park, town center and neighborhoods oriented toward schools, parks, trails and a 13-mile greenway.
The town center will eventually serve as Mount Pleasant’s social hub with a main street, village green, multi-family housing, office space and retail shops.
